How we work
Financial Inclusion
Establish and scale Village Savings and Loans Associations (VSLAs) integrated with basic bookkeeping and digital financial literacy training for rural women and youth.
Vocational & Entrepreneurial Skills
Provide practical, market-driven training in agribusiness, tailoring, eco-friendly tech, and renewable energy.
GBV Prevention
Form community-led action groups to monitor, report, and prevent Gender-Based Violence (GBV), child marriages, and sexual exploitation.
Land & Property Rights
Educate rural women on their rights under Malawi's Land Acts so they can legally inherit, own, and utilize agricultural land.
Male Engagement
Mobilize boys and men as champions of change through “HeForShe” dialogue circles to challenge deeply entrenched patriarchal norms and harmful cultural practices.
Civic Participation
Train young leaders in local governance tracking so they can actively engage with District Councils and demand youth-inclusive budget allocations.
Youth-Friendly SRHR
Improve access to non-judgmental Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) education and services to reduce teenage pregnancies and school dropouts.
